While the SMN offers a wide range of finance options, we specialize in reverse mortgages. We do this for a couple of reasons. First, we believe a reverse mortgage is a great product that empowers people to get the most out of life. Second, at present, there are not enough people specializing in reverse mortgages. Any run of the mill broker can offer traditional mortgages, but only a select few are allowed to offer reverse mortgages; so we are taking that opportunity to play an important part in this industry.
